Child Safety Standards Policy

Child Safety Policy

Last updated: 15 May 2025

At NGOSEWA, we are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful platform for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or activity that endangers children.

Our Standards

We strictly prohibit the following on our platform:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Grooming or exploitation of minors
  • Sexualization or endangerment of children
  • Any illegal or abusive behavior involving minors

Any account found violating these standards will be permanently removed and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Reporting & Safety

Users can report inappropriate content or behavior directly within the NGOSEWA app. All reports are reviewed promptly, and necessary action is taken against violating accounts or content. We encourage all members of our community to report anything that raises concern — your report could protect a child.

Compliance

NGOSEWA complies with applicable child protection laws and cooperates fully with lawful investigations related to child safety. We work in accordance with national and international standards, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO), 2012, and other relevant Indian legislation.
